Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through the MuseNest platform, operated by Phoenix Consulting Group, LLC. MuseNest is a digital content membership platform — all purchases are for digital content access only.

1.Fan Subscriptions

Fan subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified on the creator's page).

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Renewal date is shown on your account page.

2.Pay-Per-View (PPV) Content Unlocks

PPV content unlocks are one-time charges that grant permanent access to a specific piece of content. They are non-refundable once the content has been accessed.

Exception: if the content is removed from the platform before you access it, you will receive a full refund automatically.

3.Tips

Tips are voluntary gratuities sent to creators. They are non-refundable. If you believe a tip was charged in error (e.g., a technical double-charge), contact support within 48 hours with your transaction reference.

4.Custom Content Requests

Custom content requests involve a creator producing unique digital content to your specification.

  • Before the creator accepts your request: you may cancel for a full refund.
  • After the creator accepts and begins work: refunds are at the creator's discretion.
  • After delivery: non-refundable once the content file has been delivered and opened.

5.Creator Platform Subscriptions (SaaS)

Creator platform subscriptions (the monthly MuseNest creator/model plan) are billed by MuseNest. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days. MuseNest may issue a prorated refund at its discretion for subscriptions cancelled within the first 7 days of a new billing period.

6.Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting MuseNest support, your account may be suspended pending review. Fraudulent chargebacks on digital content that was accessed may result in permanent account termination and recovery of associated platform costs.

We encourage you to contact support first — most billing concerns are resolved quickly without a dispute.

7.Account Terminations

If MuseNest terminates your account for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is issued for any portion of an active subscription or purchase.

If MuseNest terminates your account for reasons unrelated to policy violations (e.g., platform discontinuation), a prorated refund of any prepaid subscription fees will be issued.

8.Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and other jurisdictions with statutory cooling-off periods may have additional rights. Contact support for assistance.

9.How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
