Each creator is responsible for the content they upload and for providing the documentation required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for any person depicted in that content. MuseNest's role under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2) is that of a third-party hosting provider that requires creators to certify compliance and that maintains copies of the supporting records uploaded through the platform.
If you believe any content on MuseNest depicts a person who was under the age of 18 at the time of the depiction, or that the records-keeping requirements of this notice have not been met, please contact our compliance team immediately at [email protected]. We treat such reports with the highest priority and will preserve evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
This notice does not constitute an admission or declaration that any image or content displayed on MuseNest is subject to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or its implementing regulations. Material that is not produced and that does not contain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) is exempt under 28 C.F.R. § 75.7.
